Social Media Manager

is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our clients’ presence across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of trends, audience behavior, and analytics to shape engaging social experiences that build community, increase visibility, and drive brand growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (graphics, video, captions, reels).
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster online community and brand loyalty.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and digital innovations.
  • Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure brand consistency across content.
  • Analyzing social media metrics and performance data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, paid social, and content planning.
  • Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent writing and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge is a plus.
