Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (graphics, video, captions, reels).
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster online community and brand loyalty.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and digital innovations.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure brand consistency across content.
- Analyzing social media metrics and performance data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Deep understanding of platform algorithms, paid social, and content planning.
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent writing and visual communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge is a plus.
